Fantasy Flowers Instructions Sugarpaste your cake and board. Emboss the curly stems into the sugarpaste. Leave to dry. Pipe green softened sugarpaste over the embossed curly stems. Pipe straight stems between. On a lightly greased non-stick board roll out white Mexican paste. Grease the flower cutters and place onto the paste. Press firmly and evenly. Remove the cutters and surplus paste. Place the flowers onto a dusting sheet (laminated paper) and dust in the selection of lustre dust colours of your choice. Moisten with water and attach onto the cake side in a random pattern. For top decoration attach two flowers either side of a silver wire. Leave to dry before placing into a posy pick.
