Use & Purpose Before using your new cheesecake, pan set for the first time, wash all pieces in the set in soapy water and rinse. Note! Do not put an empty pan in the oven. Notice! Hand washes only. Choose soft tools and mild detergent when you clean it to protect non-stick coating. Avoid sharp and rough tools to scratch the pan. These Spring form pans are not intended to be watertight though. Anything thinner than cake batter would leak out of the bottom.
