Description
Van Houten – medium Brown Cocoa Powder (10-12% cocoa butter) is 100% natural fat reduced cocoa with medium-intense chocolate taste and subtle acidic notes. The Cocoa liquor comes from grinding the nibs of cocoa beans, to separate out the cocoa butter (53-56%) and chocolate solids (8-36%) is obtained from pressing the chocolate liquor. These solids are then grounded, becoming the dry cocoa powder and dry cocoa powder is used in hot cocoa mixes and baking.
