1. Introduction

At Baker’s Cutlery, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is here to assist you.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 to 5 days after delivery.
4. Refund Process
4.1. Returning Products

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at bakerscutlery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, send the product to the following address:

4.2. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bakerscutlery@gmail.com.
7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at bakerscutlery@gmail.com and send your item to the address mentioned above.
